Hotel a&o Hostels di Kleinmachnow

"Im Großen und Ganzen war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung, das Zimmer okay und auch das Personal. Dusche und WC waren jeweils zwei getrennte Räume, was bei einem Vier-Bett-Zimmer auch sinnvoll ist. Allerdings war der Raum mit der Dusche wirklich extrem klein, sodass man zwischen Tür und Duschkabine nahezu keinen Platz hat, um sich ordentlich an- und auszuziehen, was schon störend war. Das Frühstück empfanden wir für den Preis als etwas dürftig. Die Auswahl war recht begrenzt, gerade vegane...

"Cheap and cheerful accommodation just outside the city centre but close enough to walk in within 15-20 minutes. I got a private room with a bathroom which wasn’t the best, but it was clean. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillow had seen much better days. I ended up using my coat and stuffing it inside the pillow case just to plump it up. There is no kettle inside either. The walls in the room are in need of redecorating due to a lot of scratch marks from suitcases and general wear...

"Kitchen facility is inadequate for the size of hostel and number of people wanting to use it. It is accessed through getting a key and is a small galley kitchen- suitable for one family/person to cook at a time but when I used it, 3 other groups also wanted to do so. It is not possible to pop in and get something into the fridge or cook and then do you dishes later (freeing it up for someone else to use it while you eat) as you have to pay a deposit to get the key. Freindly enough staff."
