"I was pretty unhappy with our stay. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived nor was it cleaned at all during our stay. Front desk staff were on their phones causing folks to wait at the desk. It’s not what I expected at all especially for a place that carries the Hilton name. It is pretty for a wedding venue but rooms that we signed up for were unevenly matched. No seating area in the room except one desk chair and the bed. Our bathroom door was locked and so we were unable to close it all...

"The staff at this property was attentive and nice. The property left a lot to be desired. When reading the reviews prior to booking it seemed like the property was renovated, but that was not the case for us. We were put on the third floor adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Clinic. Had I known I was paying to essentially to stay at a hospital I would not have booked. The room looked like it had not been renovated in at least 20 years. Dated, with ripped wallpaper and rugs, dirt on the doors...

"Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was not just your typical continental breakfast with a few pastries, this was a full on eggs, sausage, biscuits and fruit. Coffee was fantastic. The staff incredibly friendly whether at the front desk or cleaning up the breakfast area. We had a parking snafu when the confirmation text would not come through and the staff were more than helpful ensuring are parking was taken care of. Hotel is within walking distance of several places to see and...

"We spent one lovely night. Check-in and check-out were effortless. We were placed on the 31st floor with a tremendous view. Walking distance to Rocket Arena and several great eateries. Will choose Hilton Downtown again when I return."

"I stayed in the Damon room. It was very well kept and inviting. The room was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Parking was off street in a secure lot. The mansion was in a nice area that felt safe. I would certainly recommend this Inn to others. I look forward to visiting again."

"The front desk employees were rude. They advised we had free breakfast but then made us pay. Housekeeping didn’t switch out my towels or make my bed but did it for my family members who came with me. Valet never greeted us and didn’t check in our car on different days"
