"The appartement itself was well appointed and very comfortable, but our experience was negatively affected by an incident in the parking area. We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. Had there been an issue with our parking, a polite explanation would have been appreciated. Instead, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As...

"The place is filthy and dated and smells of cigarettes. Carpets are dirty and stained. The staff are lovely and helpful."

"Motherwell is a great town to stay in if your goal is to travel around Scotland. The train station is only a few minute walk from the Bentley hotel, lots of bars, restaurants, shopping centers and parks all in walking distance. Staff were great and very helpful, scan giving us recommendations on places to go."

The room was clean and bed was comfortable though. I used the pool - very nice sized pool but it was unbelievably hot in the swimming pool area. Staff were helpful & friendly. I would deffo return."
