"Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is."

"We were turned off immediately when checking in. The gentleman working the front desk was dirty like he hadn’t bathed in days. Then the woman that was to come in and replace him called and said she was going to be late so he started weirdly ranting about how she didn’t want to get on his bad side because he was her boss. We had 5 people in our family yet only 2 towels. We tried calling the front desk for more but they didn’t answer. I went downstairs to get towels and no one was there but...

"This is a poor-quality hotel. The breakfast is terrible definitely a 1-star experience. The worst part is that this is the only Home2 Suites by Hilton I have stayed at with such a disappointing breakfast; all the other Home2 Suites locations have been excellent. The elevator was not working, the bathroom was very small, and the mirror had many handprints on it, which made the room feel unclean. Overall, the property appears to be poorly managed. "Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...
