"I called ahead of time before booking our room to make sure the pool was operational and was told it was. Upon arrival and after checking in, I asked if we would need separate towels for the pool and THEN was informed that the pool was not working at the moment or open….. very disappointing to my children who were looking forward to swimming. Then this morning, briefly before checking out we tried to get some ice for our water bottles, and both ice machines were broken….. please fix your down...

"Nicely remodeled room. The TV did not work properly. First the remote only turned it on because the control box is in the back then when I tried streaming it played both the cable channel and the movie at the same time.
The breakfast is limited to cereal and hard boiled eggs.
The person at the reception was very pleasant and helpful"
