"VERY, VERY strong smoke smell throughout all rooms and on entire property. First room we went to was supposed to be a smoke free room but clearly someone had smoked inside and they didn’t clean it well afterwards at all. Second room they gave us was the “upgraded” room. It also smelled of smoke but was tolerable although gross still. Run down, not maintained well at all. Lots of wear and tear, broken cosmetic things all over room and bathroom and all around property. Stains all over carpet. Broken tiles in bathroom on walls and floors. Fire alarm/smoke detector in our room had been removed and not replaced. I think that is against the law? Tv was broken, it had lines and lines of broken pixels. The fridge didn’t do great, a little cooler than room temperature but not cold. No conditioner for showering, just a single tiny bottle of shampoo, and a bar of soap. Towels were apperance wise clean but were “crunchy” and did not feel clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Air conditioner did work, kept room comfortable temperature but not sure how well it would work if the outdoor temps were any higher. We will NEVER stay here again when we come up to to visit our daughter. We will be happy to pay more and just go to the Quality Inn a few miles away."

"1st room was a bust. Immaculate but horrific odor from a definite long term Tennant who smoked like a chimney in the room. I requested a new room which was perfect and clean with no horrific odor. Not sure why I didn't get this room the 1st time because 108 should not even be offered. A lot of long term residents live here but were not a problem. They hopefully in the future will repair the pool. Nice size. Shower was great... water hot! Beds and linens were comfy and AC in 2nd Deluxe room was nice and cold. I would stay here in a deluxe room again minus the smell. Close to everything."
