"Parkimg was easy enough as we had arrived not long after check in. We had to call to get the door codes as the email wasnt sent as it was ment to. We had a family room which had a seperate area with the 2 singles beds which was nice to have a little kid free time once they were asleep. One of the single beds was broken on arrival so I called duty manager who didnt answer but sent a text and someone was up within a few minutes and sorted it quickly with a new bed base. "El lugar muy guay a los pies de la montaña. En tenporada alta parece ser un sitio bastante ameno. La cafeteria es muy autentica con equipos de escalada antiguos. La habitacion grande y si tengo que decir algun pero, la cama estaba bien pero se notaba que era de muelle podria mejorar ese aspecto, aunque dormimos bien"

"Clean, mostly comfortable room - the pillows were the only let down. We had a really lovely evening meal in the pub and very good breakfast. There was an unpleasant smell of smoke in the hallway outside our room
