Convenient location, close to train station. Excellent grocery store next door. Large selection of prepared meals (great sushi!) and huge wine section. Unfortunately our queen room was dark and very small for two people traveling with luggage. There was a huge construction project across the street from our room making it extremely noisy during the day. Breakfast was delicious! Best we’ve had since arriving in Japan a month ago.

I stayed here with my wife and 1 year old daughter for 5 days. The hotel facilities, room and amenities are excellent and quite modern. The King size room we opted for was quite spacious and having coin operated washer/dryers in the hotel was a boon for us on our trip. The hotel staff was really friendly when helping us navigate and forward our bags. The location is very convenient being just a 3-5 min walk from Sannomiya station made it really easy for us to travel each day to different locations. There is also a 24/7 Lawson just around the corner below the hotel which was very covenient as well.

Nice staff. Good coffee, but breakfast not lot of choices... Sausage everyday, they just change the kind of soup and how eggs prepared. But rooms big and comfy beds

The hotel is very close from station and convenient to main area. My queen-bed room was very comfortable and spacial. Before check-in and after check-out, they could hold guest luggages. If there is green tea in a room, it is better. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights with breakfast. Breakfast was semi-buffet, the main course was plated by the chef with greens, fruits, eggs and a meat with a small soup and yogurt. Breads were self-service. I enjoyed the breakfast :) My single room was sufficient large, equipped with a controllable air-conditioning. Appreciated the eco-friendly options, with self-service amenities (toothbrush, cleansing oil) bar. Location is very good, with many inexpensive dining options and convenience stores nearby.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walking from station and eating. Good shopping options in area. Efficient and polite service as expected from Japanese business hotels. Breakfast was a set service, not a buffet, so those with dietary restrictions may wish to inquire first.

The rooms are larger here than other places I have stayed in Sannomiya. The staff were very helpful. This is a difference to other hotels where we had to check in using a kiosk and only got limited door keys. In this place, staff gave me an additional key when I left mine in the room - no trouble. This hotel is very central. You can walk to most things you want to see. You can walk to Shin Kobe station and the rope way to the herb gardens, to local shops and the next suburb of Motomachi easily.

it is just 5-minutes walk to the station. Many small restaurants nearby with good price range options. The room is clean and everything is enough for you to use. Breakfast is very very good, don’t miss it!

Good location, though on the other side of where many restaurants are. Friendly staffs. Coin dryer didn't work very well. Toilet is very small. Room size is otherwise good.

Everything was fine except our room smelled like really bad body odor. I sprayed the complimentary febreeze throughout the room on the carpet, but the smell persisted for the entirety of the stay. I asked the front desk if they had anything stronger but they didn’t.

Very clean and neat hotel. About 5 minutes walk from Sannomiya station. Front desk was professional and it was easy to check in. I loved the feel of the comforter. The room was decorated very simple - almost no character. I just did not need the giant light on the limited desk space.

Will definitely stay again...so convenient.
Very clean and enjoyed small tub that is great to fill up and shower with much appreciated Japanese toilet. Breakfast was fantastic every morning and coffee/tea/juice bar was great. Stored luggage early before checking in and stored luggage again after checkout and picked it up late with no problems. Will definitely stay again. Only 2 mins walk from Sannomiya station and so convenient.
