Ich verlange die Hälfte meiner Kosten für die Unterkunft zurück, da ich dort gezwungen war mich anderweitig zu versorgen."

Despite making my reservation far in advance I was placed in a room right beside an outdoor sitting area where conversations were as though they were actually in my room. I requested a room change and was then put in a room so far away that the wifi didn't work. For my entire stay. When at check out I requested to speak the the manager about the fact that having wifi was a factor in my selecting this particular hotel I was told he was too busy to...
