They were very accommodating. We arrived early and they were very kind to allow us to leave our luggage there. Although self check in the staff very helpful with any questions we had. They responded immediately. Also they give you great suggestions of local restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend. Had a very pleasant experience.

キレイな施設でした。

2泊3日で利用しました。 施設は、キレイで、最低限必要な物は、揃っており、見た目も衛生的にもキレイでした。 ただ、以下、お値段からすると、ちょっとな…と感じます。 以下⑥以外は、容易なことなので、改善してもらえると、良いと思います。 ①設備のチェック不足。 ②2泊なのに、タオル・歯ブラシセットが、1泊分しか準備されていない。 ③ファブリーズ等、用意されていない。 →施設内での食事を想定。ならば、あるべきかなと。 ④キッチンに、水切り道具がない。→使い勝手が悪くなるので、あった方がよい。 ⑤予約サイトで表示される場所と実際の場所が違う(河口湖湖畔のように、予約サイトで表示されていた)、河口湖湖畔と、当日まで思っていた。 ⑥建物までの道が、距離は大したことないが、ひどい(無舗装、雑草)。
