"From check in, the experience at this place was awful. Firstly, it’s not where you expect it to be and it’s part of Cliffview? Simple Life.
Expedia advertises the check in time as 8am, which was part of the reason we booked this hotel as we had an early ferry. Upon arriving we were told check in was 2pm!!!
