"This place is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple that wants an apartment. Great neighborhood location ( it felt very safe ) great shopping walking distance. The apartments are new and very clean. It has a cute rooftop bar and first floor coffee shop. The bed was great along with a 70 inch television. Great air conditioning and great water pressure. The price was excellent and it had a descent kitchen to cook small meals in with and island for 2 . I y has a laundry room for 5 usd on 3 floors...

"The apartment was in poor condition. Ants, outlet covers broken, lock in the back door weak, the linen stained, no soap in the bathroom, no paper towels, the cabinetry in disrepair, no toilet seat, stained grout, the stove with rusty grates, pillows with mildew The apartment owner, who was not the person coordinating the rental, it was a third floor walk up with no elevator, and not the rental pictured. She was rude and disrespectful. During the night, there was a horrible fight in the street...

"When I went there the hotel mentioned I do not have reservation. Expedia charged me full for 2 nights and not giving back refund. The location was very scary place there was nothing around. I had to book other hotel with booking dot come. It is scam . I have been using exopedia from past 20 years now expedia is very bad."
