This is possibly the best place I have ever stayed in my life. What a beautiful, grand, picture-perfect property. It feels like it should cost thousands a night to stay there - like somewhere an exclusive celebrity or film star would stay. It was inspiring, enchanting. You have to stay there to believe it. I would love to stay here again.

We had a truly lovely stay at this hotel! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. The staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming and thoughtful, making us feel so special throughout our visit. It was my birthday during our stay, and the lovely surprise of having a birthday cake brought to me was such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture. It really made my day extra special!

Great hotel with wonderful staff. We’re only had breakfast at the hotel which was excellent and the staff working there were particularly helpful. A spacious bedroom with a huge, very comfortable bed. The only minor problem was that the electric black-out blinds didn’t work properly so I couldn’t get the room as dark as I would have liked.
The hotel is about 8 miles from the town centre so a taxi was necessary when going to see the main sights…luckily the taxis were cheap and numerous.

THE best hotel! I travelled solo to Cartagena, Colombia for the first time so was naturally nervous but couldn’t have had a better stay at OSH. This hotel is a dream and even better than the photos in person - how is it only 3 star?! Location is 10/10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Parc. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, a real variety of choice! The rooms are massive and come with a mini kitchen which we didn't really use but was helpful knowing it was there. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi and balcony which was a nice touch!

It was a taxi ride from everywhere but as a European the taxis we're cheap! It was a perfect balance of comfort, quietness and luxury when we were spending all day in the busy (amazing) city. The staff were kind and helpful. We would love to stay again.
