"I found myself in a Vrbo rental that I had to flee, and Donna helped me to secure a room at this hotel for the remainder of my stay in Lancaster. She was so empathetic and helpful! All of the employees I interacted with were fantastic.
Parking lot is extremely well lit if you’re leaving or arriving after dark. There are quite a few luggage carts, so it’s easy to unload or load without having to wait. The location is very convenient with many attractions and restaurants nearby, many within walking distance. I recommend driving about 3 minutes to the Route 30 Diner just east of route 896; it’s a true vintage diner with delicious options made from scratch.
If you love to support local businesses, there’s a large store called Artisan Mill right behind the hotel. It’s full of locally-made jewelry, jams, home decor, and so much more. (Not tacky souvenirs—trust me and check it out! There are probably 100 vendors.)
