Hotel Murah di Komekami

"Great hotel in almost all aspects. The only comment I would make is that the room was not spotless everywhere: There was a thick layer of dust on the ledge which ran the length of the bedroom above the beds."

"My wife and I was extremely happy with my stay at Hakone Airu. It was our first time in that part of the town and hotel. First off, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect; Away from busy town and off to a quieter part of the town. It was also very convenient as the train station is located only 10 minutes by walk. As for the rooms and food, the rooms were fantastic, spacious and the en-suite onsen was the highlight. It was convenient and we could take a bath...

"Hotel juste a coté de la gare. Bien situé. Personnel courtois. Bon rapport qualité prix. Tres Propre meme si pas dernier cri!"

"This is a shoe-free hotel. You leave your shoes in a locker at the entrance and walk around in socks for the entire stay. All was good until I had a simple request. I asked if an attendant could call a local clinic to find out if they could see me for an urgent eye issue. No matter how I explained my request, I couldn’t get anyone to call or explain why they wouldn’t. I’ve used Google Translate in other cities in Japan, but here it only caused confusion. I ended up wasting an hour and a half...

"Amazing experience"

"Free hot and cold beverages (including alcohol options, which we didn't use). Appreciated specialty coffees and teas. Kimonas and slippers in rooms. Other free amenities available. Private onsens, which we used. There were also gender segregated larger onsens. 24 hour 7/11 very close, but the hill though short is STEEP! Major train station nearby. But difficult to obtain taxi if prior to 8 am or later at night."

"少し清潔感とセルフにしてはちょっと値段が高いかな。 マッサージチェアーは良かったです"

"家族のお誕生日に利用させていただきました。スタッフの方々の対応が、とても素晴らしく、とても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。お誕生日ケーキも蝋燭をつけて、夕食に提供してくださり、大変ありがたかったです。 また、温泉も良く、全てに癒されました。"

"The place is good and clean. Staff are very friendly but the location wise sucks tho. Very hard to find uber or bus."

"Crowded and very loud"

"This is our most memorable stay in Japan. We had an exceptional room with private rooftop onsen and incredible views. The staff and management were especially helpful and more importantly they were sincere. Their recommendations were fantastic. Manazuru is a lovely, manageable, not over saturated town with limited tourist influence and it might be hard to find a better place to stay than this one. It can be viewed as expensive but in Japan you pay for what you get and the value was fantastic. ...

"The property is unique and"

"息子と２人で宿泊しました。 部屋からの景色、食事、温泉、スタッフの対応、全て満足出来る宿でした。 展望風呂では男女一緒に入浴でき、20年ぶりに一緒に入ることができ、会話も弾みました。 とても良い思い出が作れました！"

"The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. However, it was overpriced for what it offered. The only amenity was the onsen bath, which had separate facilities for men and women, so we couldn’t enjoy it together as a family. Overall, the experience did not justify the high price, and we felt we didn’t get good value for the money."
