"Parking is 25 euros a night, no pool, the restaurant attached does some dishes okay but the breakfast is the same thing every single day with not many options for vegetarians. They have laundry for 5 euros per wash and 5 euros for the dryer. Overall, the costs add up and it doesn’t make sense to book the cheaper Hilton. Other places close by were nicer and end up being cheaper overall. I also asked for access to a microwave to heat up leftovers from their restaurant and was refused."

"Under renovation, impossible to be identified from outside, due to all lights switched off and to construction scaffolding with protective sheets. Also the way to the back parking was not indicated and illuminated. The path from the rear entrance looked almost uninhabited. Very scary. The room was very spacious but in vintage conditions, as well as the bed (even if comfortable). The bathroom was even older and really sad... The flush toilet not working... "Very quaint, charming hotel, right in the heart of old city Zagreb. Three minute walk to the main Square. Lots of restaurants and shops and convenience. Stores within a two minute walk. Excellent buffet breakfast with very attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Spotless clean, breakfast buffet awesome, stuff so incredibly friendly. The best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I’ve been places. One thing I think should be improved, the place does need some modern outlets with chargers for devices, not deal breaker, but it would make it truly great. Will definitely stay there again"

"The room was clean, in great shape, centrally located, within 10-15 minute walk to most of old Zagreb. While there was no one to meet us, thru WhatsApp we were able to get answers to our questions quickly. Getting into our room was a breeze. Not much in the way of amenities; there is coffee in the room (Keurig cups). İt is on a narrow street full of cars, you end up with 2-3 impatient drivers behind you when you are unloading luggage. Avoid driving in Zagreb."

"It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. We had hot cheese omelet made and there was scrambled eggs at the buffet with sausages and some veggies like different bell peppers and olives.
