"Very good location for arriving to or departing from the airport or bus terminal. You could technically walk to the airport, but if you’re carrying large luggage or arriving during the hotter parts of the day — which is common in Guayaquil — the walk can be difficult. The units have been nicely remodeled with modern finishes, especially the bathroom and room details. The area felt safe and quiet. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, and there are two large sets of stairs, which can be challenging with heavy luggage. The entrance is also a bit tricky to find at first since it is tucked inside an alley. Overall, a good stay for a quick stop in or out of Guayaquil. "

"The room was clean and the view from the seventh floor was amazing facing the park and the cathedral. The buffet breakfast was hearty and with a good variety of local and general cuisine. The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was easy to reserve taxis directly from the hotel and the airport shuttle was large and air conditioned. It is walkable to the boardwalk and many other site seeing places in this historic section of the city. I would definitely book again if i return to this area of Guayaquil and highly recommend to others."

"Wonderful. Clean. breakfast was fantastic. Close to the mall and airport. Only thing is shuttle is every hour and you have to schedule it, so we had to take uber to get there ($5) and then we scheduled free one for next flight. "
