"It is a very pretty place. The room was large, with a fridge. I downgraded it a bit because the carpet by the bed was not very clean, nor was the bathmat. We also had to request a top sheet. The fleece blanket thatvwas on the bed was too heavy, and was also not cery clean. The hotel staff said they don't put on top sheets, but they gave me a fresh one after I told them the fleece blanket was going to be too hot. "The service at Bridge View was among the worse I have an ever experienced. The staff is extremely nonchalant , poorly trained and clearly not knowledgeable about their work. A barrister kept arguing with me that English breakfast tea which was clearly listed on the menu does not exist as a tea but mean whatever tea they have that you are selecting for your breakfast. The rooms smell very filthy. We had zero room cleaning for our stay. Half of the things on the lunch menu aren’t available....

"The resort was beautiful and the food was above excellent! Staff was amazing, prince was very attentive and kept the drinks coming! The owner was onsite and when we reported a WiFi outage he went above and beyond and supplied us with a personal router for our room! The emperor suite was beautiful!"
