"We loved our stay at Tivoli, we wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel was lovely, the staff were so helpful and my children loved their time in the spa. My only slight frustration was with the lifts so we used the stairs."

"The location was great. We stayed twice. First was two nights when the TV did not work but as maintenance staff do not work weekends, no one cared. Breakfest was cold/empty shelf. The room was like a cgeap camper with the toilet in the shower. No tossues. Secont stay they kept us waiting from 0820 ..."

CABINN Metro Hotel
"Was advertised as soundproof rooms with blackout blinds but neither true. You could hear the cleaners clattering around in the room nextdoor before 7am which added injury to insult as there is no service if stays are below four nights."
