Ho trovato dei capelli nel letto purtroppo e pur chiedendo il cambio asciugamani per due volte hanno scordato il tappeto da doccia e poi il secondo asciugamano (eravamo in due). "We ordered takeaway because we had a sick traveller and the empty food containers were not removed for the duration of our stay despite putting it on top of the rubbish bins. We booked the grand suite for 5 nights and they didn’t even take our bags to our room when we arrived! "

"Modern hotel conveniently located where I needed to be. Expensive considering no fridge, kettle or other amenities in the room, gym or pool. 20€ added breakfast seems like a lot. Worst of all was the noise of some construction - drilling sound happening in the morning when trying to sleep. My devices also weren't charging in my room on the ground floor. Room was never cleaned the whole time of 3 nights I was there even though one of the days I managed to leave a bit earlier. I had the sign on...
