"The hotel hardware is good (nice terrace with beautiful views to the mountain, great food at the restaurant, overall well maintained), but the software component is quite bad (terribly understaffed - one sole person is receptionist both to the hotel and restaurant, waiter, andhousekeeper any given day). "Favorite stay so far, the views were amazing. Had so much to offer (hot tub, sauna, kitchen, and more)! As well the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, showing us around when needed but also provided great spots to eat or see."
"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all.
However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel.
The breakfast was not bad too.
The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...
