"The place has been sold to a new owner. It’s no longer E Apartments. I only found out when I got there after making my booking online. And the prices are not the same as the new place is more expensive than E Apartments. And the staff were of no help whatsoever when I told them what was going on. They basically ignored me."

"This property is a full scam online. Once you pull up to the gate, they deny you access and say they'd no longer rent apartments for sublet.Even though I prepaid through expedia. They refuse to refund or respond. Do not book here they will steal your money!! I was stranded in nigeria for 2 weeks with no where to stay"

"Though the room smelled musty at first, it was clean and relatively taken well care of. There was no cooking gas for the stove, so the staff kindly brought us an electric cooker instead. The staff were all very kind and patient with us. 24/7 electricity was almost there. There was a problem with the gen for almost a whole day and they also turned it off on Fridays. "When we arrived at the Azaria Hotel, we discovered that a man named Samson or Samuel had sold our reservation to another person, so we were left stranded. It was a really traumatic experience. Corruption at its best. Also the pictures of the hotel do not depict what the hotel actually looks like."
