"Staff yelled at me for using a coffee mug at breakfast instead of. Plastic when they had coffee mugs right there. We only had two towels and 1/2 roll tp on day 1. I called to ask for towel and tp she said you can come down and get them!!!! Wow. "

"I stayed at the dorm hotel, visiting my daughter at Cornell. The first night I was there. The room had a generator outside there was no way I could sleep. I had to attend a few functions at the next day. Completely exhausted.
Thankfully, they put me in a different room the following night and I was finally able to sleep. Overall, the dorm hotel is very clean and very convenient. If I were the manager, I would have handed out a discount for another visit for how uncomfortable that first room was, but they did not. I’m not sure. I’ll stay there again, but it is very clean and we taken care of."

"It looks completely updated from the outside but the inside told a completely different story. Everything was old and outdated and smelled musty. I know fitness centers in hotels are subpar at best but this didn’t even have any functionally working equipment. Staff was friendly enough but seemingly distracted in other things. "

"The room and hotel were clean upon initial glance. Renovations made the hotel look on par with your normal hotel brands. However, our bathroom ceiling was leaking, hotel staff were sparse, lobby coffee was bitter and cold, there's no elevators to the 2nd floor for your bags. I didn't really have high hopes for a Red Roof brand, but I still wouldn't likely stay again."
