"The hotel was totally unmanned, shortly after checking in the elevator went out of order so by the time it was operative, I lost some precious hours stranded in my room on the 8th floor. Air conditioner was not functioning & for any problem, the only way of contacting, is WhatsApp with a machine. The microwave wasn’t functioning and same problem as the others. I SHALL never try this hotel or any UNMANNED hotel. Expedia better mention explicitly that hotel is UNMANNED 😖"

"Stayed 3 nights. Hotel, as it's name suggests, is centrally located, within 10-15 min walk of key attractions like the Mauristhuis and Escher at the Palace. Lots of transport options within a few minutes walk of the hotel, as are supermarkets and a variety of well-known retailers. Check-in was easy, helped by friendly staff and our room was fine - spacious, clean and with air-conditioning, which was needed given the 30 C plus temperatures we experienced during our trip. Would recommend this...
