"First room, The bathroom was dirty, the phone did not work to call front desk, the beds were dirty and not made up. We had to move. The second room, bed was dirty, fridge was dirty, bathroom was dirty, coffee maker was dirty, TV was not working, lamp was not working. They gave us the wrong room, I booked a walk in shower wheelchair accessible room, we were put in a bathtub room. We had an accident in the room because it was not wheelchair accessible. The third time we moved to the Ac was not working, bathroom was dirty, bed had stains on it, phone did not work to call front desk. The manager knew the Ac was not working and still put us in the room. They brought a fan up and it was so dirty and dusty. The staff was no help. The two manager were rude an unhelpful. We had to call the cops and the Emergency hospital to help us. Overall the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I don't know how they are still in business."
