"Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We did ask if this needed to be booked but advised no. When approached reception to check use of courtesy room advised not available and could use shower in lower area where toilets were. This was just a shower no hairdryer and actual changing facilities. We had to approach spa to see if we could use facilities in there. As hotel is due to...

"Avevamo prenotato l'Hostal Es Pi 2 ma ci hanno inserito nel vicino Insotel Club a 4 stelle quindi niente da dire. Hotel stupendo, camere grandi e confortevoli, colazione abbondante, piscina molto bella. Sono presenti anche un supermercato, una palestra e una piscina coperta. L'ultimo giorno avendo il volo di sera, ci hanno fatto stare in piscina fino al pomeriggio. Tutto al top"
