"Bar and Restaurant hours are very restrictive. Breakfast is very poorly planned and executed. Shower in room is very slippery. Room is very nice and comfortable. Staff is excellent."

"Parking was as advertised. But the amenities and breakfast was terrible. No lobby coffee (probably only hotel in existence) nor vending machines for basic water. Instead they force you to get coffee from the “breakfast” area for $4 each. And a small bottle of water is $6 from the little lobby market. "The hotel’s location next to the football stadium was the only reason we chose to stay there. Unfortunately, the property is badly outdated and looks like it hasn’t been remodeled in decades. The only positive was that the water stayed nice and hot. Overall, the hotel is extremely overpriced for the condition it’s in."

"We were told that even though we paid for breakfast with our reservation, it was only $22 per person and therefore we would be charged for anything above $22. This after I confirmed with the host that we had breakfast included with the reservation and she instructed us that we could choose one item and a drink. They tallied up all our breakfast for 5 days and would only give $22 per person. I was informed that I was misunderstanding and mistaken, and that I didn’t understand the language or...

"I arrived late at night and the check-in was confusing… I had to come back downstairs to fix some things… The charging portals by the bed didn’t work. It’s certainly an acceptable hotel but I remember when the Sheraton brand was better."
