All I can say is our experience was totally different. We had a last minute room change via email, so I think potentially our room was a deluxe suite. "We stayed in a 1 bedroom canal view space. Very comfortable and good space to spread out after a long day of exploring the city. There's no a/c, which we knew prior to our stay. Thankfully there was a fan provided which made a world of difference in the comfort level. Be sure to use it in the summer! The kitchen could have used a few more supplies such as mixing bowls, measuring spoons/cups, and a spatula but we were able to manage with what was provided. The tram was a short walk away and we...

"We had a great stay. It’s far enough out of town that it’s not too busy, but still plenty around to explore. Also a really nice walk into town in the mornings! It was clean, comfy and balcony was lovely. Did everything we needed it to do. Would have loved a fridge! Would stay here again :)"
