"It is a great location if you are embarking or disembarking on a cruise. However, it is a bit of a walk into the city (approximately 10-15 minutes). The reception area was very helpful in storing our luggage until the room was ready. The concierge was very helpful as well. When checking in, the receptionist said breakfast was included with our package and the restaurant opened at 7:00 AM. I told her we had to leave at 5:30 AM to catch our flight and she offered to have a box breakfast ready...

"Lovely lobby and amenities! Room was exactly like the photos and was very clean. If you need to be making food like we did, the kitchen was great. The only thing I'll say is that the microwave/oven wasn't that strong power wise. The room is also temperature controlled so it was nice and cool during the heat wave. Easy to access city center by a 5 minute ride by train! Other than that, easy check in and out with the friendly and helpful staff! Fair warning-100 euro deposit is taken upon check in...

"Hotel is in a place ideally located if you want to commute to get out of the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam central but you need to take a 10 minute journey on a free ferry, that is very reliable. As for the hotel, the staff are great and very accommodating, our room very small and cramped on the 2nd floor, when we pulled the curtains there was all dirty marks ( which looked awful) and the hand soap there was hardly anything on it, pillows were awful and bed was uncomfortable (personal...

"The hotel was easy to travel to from Amsterdam Central. Our room was clean & tidy with everything functioning well. Staff where friendly & welcoming. Breakfast was nice & didn't require parking. Over all a great stay 5*. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊"
