"A few thoughts to help. A studio suite should be give you some amenities. Paper towels, tissues, large glasses, large coffee mugs seem to be normal expectations. The fans provided (no AC) were either noisy or on a two hour timer so I got up to reset it through the night. The location was central to shops and restaurants in the area."

"Wj verbleven hier 3 nachten met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (5 en 8). Ontvangst was heel goed. Receptioniste was vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ook tijdens ons verblijf was zij altijd bereikbaar en gericht om het verblijf van de gasten zo prettig mogelijk te laten zijn. Onze kamer, inclusief badkamer en kamervloer, was schoon en dus niet met een franse slag gedaan. Wij waren hier erg content mee gezien wij waarde hechtten aan een schone omgeving. "Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! Needless to say we preferred to wash & change our own bedlinen. Apartment was clean but had no cleaning materials, e.g. small floor brush but no dustpan or mop. Washing...

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
