"The apartment is very beautiful, but cleanliness is one of the most important things for guests; we found the apartment with a strong, unpleasant smell, and even the spoons were dirty with food residue—the glasses and cups had dirt marks, and everything was very poorly cleaned. The sofa bed was broken, so we couldn't sleep on it and three of us had to sleep in the other bed; we complained, but nothing was done. The location is good and the apartment is nice, and the reception was good too;...

"Pros: the location was convenient for the train station and walkable into the city centre.
Cons:
- The property was EXTREMELY run down, with scuffs on walls and furniture. The chairs in the kitchen area had their leather peeling away.
- It was unclean, with cobwebs and hair. My towel was stained with what looked like blood (?!). There were flies.
- The air conditioning downstairs did not work.
- Multiple lights flickered at random intervals.
- I didn't receive any response to my email to...
