"The breakfast buffet definitely poor for a 5 star hotel, I was expecting fresh juices, only had pork, same 3 fruit options everyday and dry pastries. The beds were the worse, soo low, very uncomfortable and they make noises. The shower was tiny as well argh. And then one receptionist lady (Ioanna) if I remember her name correctly, wanted us to pay extra for parking just because, to qoute her "ooh because 5 euros is such a lot of money that you cannot pay it". "Located close to the beach and resturants in Platanias.About 10 minute walk to beach. Lots of resturants in even closer but up hill so would not suit everyone. Bus to Chania available from main street. Apartment was clean and spacious. It was cleaned and towels changed daily. Nice
pool area with sunbeds. Efi and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome. Efi was very helpful before our stay and booked us taxi to and from airport. Hope to visit again"

"Stayed here for 6 nights with two friends. Had a room with two single beds and a sofa bed in a separate living room. Large balcony, nice and spacious bathroom, and good comfort and standard throughout the hotel. Nice facilities: great child-free beach,
pool area, good breakfast, gym, and more. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend staying here."

"Todella hieno hotelli ja ystävällinen omistaja :) Ainut miinus oli uima-altaan vesi, joka ei ollut lämmitetty, joten pienen lapsen kanssa siellä ei kauaa voinut oleskella. Muuten siivous toimi erinomaisesti ja hotelli oli todella rauhallinen, silti vain noin 100m Plataniaksen pääkadulta ylöspäin. Vahva suositus! :)"

"We were two families with 3 kids ages, (2) ages 7 and 9. We loved the pool, access to the ocean, the kids club and nightly entertainment. There was also a mini mart on site in case tou need souvenirs or forgot to bring a swimsuit. We also used the spa for a body scrub, massage and my little one got a chocolate massage which she loved. The spa was great. We upgraded to the higher drinks option, we got bottled water, bottled wine, extra toiletries and robes with slippers. The desserts were great, there was wine and beer on tap. The crepes were great. I personally didn’t like the food on the buffet, it looked great but compared to what Greek food taste like everywhere this was a disappointment. There was also a restaurant close by walking distance less than 2 minutes with another beach in case you wanted something different. Overall a good stay. "
