"Breakfast food was typical but ok. First night the room temperature was 66 and could not be adjusted in the room. The next morning we had very little hot water. None at the lavatory, and only enough hot water for one shower. After that no hot water. The next day the room temperature was again at 66 and we reported the hot water issue. Neither of us took showers that day. The third day there was only limited warm water in the lavatory but enough hot water for showers. The third day the room remained cold at 66 degrees. We urged the staff to figure out the problems with the room temperature. They tried and could not fix it. So they gave us another nice room. We had plenty of hot water for showers and warm water in the lavatory and the room temperature was in the 69-70 range and OK. We concluded that the lavatory problem was systemic and part of a plumbing design to save costs on hot water. As for the showers, we assume that the hotel when it has a large number of customers does not have the plumbing capacity to provide hot water showers for all customers. This is a clean, secure hotel with adequate breakfast food and helpful, friendly staff. However, either by poor design or some other age-related issue, the plumbing system is greatly flawed. If you choose to stay at this hotel, test the lavatory and shower immediately upon entering the room, and check the room temperature when you first enter the room. If there are problems, notify the desk immediately. "
