"Didn’t use the a/c, parking was fine, unit was ok for an overnight stay, but bedroom cramped, the fly wire door was non existent, good quality kitchen appliances and items, TV and bedding fine, however NO side tables or even shelves beside the bed, or bed reading light. Didn’t get to meet any staff, don’t like the way this is trending in Parks and Motels."

"On 24 Dec 2025, I asked expedia if the booking can be updated to 3rd Jan checkin instead of 2nd Jan. Expedia contacted the property and emailed me saying it can't be done. However, when I reached the property on 2nd Jan, I was told that they updates the booking to 3rd Jan and no room avble"

"What a beautiful part of the world! Great amenities and happy staff. Incredible views of the Hume. We booked a standard cabin, but to our surprise we were upgraded to a deluxe. We will be back. "

"We stayed in Cedar Unit and feel the pricing was over the top given very dated interior. We were a couple so did not need 2nd bedroom however it is very small and with double on the floor and bunk over suggest not that user friendly. Very small TV with poor sound. That said main bedroom was comfortable. Maybe pay the extra for new units. Nice faculties and not crowded "
