"They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay."

"Fantastic location, very clean apartment. Hardly any noise from the streets even though we were so close to two main roads. Great access to restaurants and the Republic Square shops and activities. Easy to checkin with plenty of information and quick repossession via WhatsApp. Good strong WiFi. We also used the washing machine twice to do our laundry in preparation for our onwards journey. We will go back on our next stay."

"This hotel is conveniently located near everything. The breakfast is not exceptional, but it’s adequate. My only complaint is the loudness of the staff, especially in the afternoon when guests are resting. Considering the hotel’s small size, they should be more mindful of their noise level and communicate quietly. "
