"I can't recommend this property enough, from start to finish the whole experience was excellent, modern, immaculately clean, and THE most incredibly warm and helpful staff, a special mention to Emma who worked so hard to make sure every guest was looked after and comfortable with a beaming smile and brilliant craic. Walking distance to everything you would want, a 10 to 15 minute walk to Malia centre, I recommend turning right and right again from the hotel down to Malia Port and Potamos beach...

Understand it's all inclusive if you have that option but charging extortionate prices to push people into going all-inclusive (15 EUR for all mixed drinks) is a bit much.
