Great hotel. Seemed newly done and was very clean. V convenient for West Kowloon station.

A truly wonderful hotel with the most attentive and considerate staff (a special shout out to Lincoln for the upgrade). Views are breathtaking and the hotel is spotless. The bar and restaurant is great plus ozone was excellent too. This is truly a step beyond any hotel I’ve stayed in. Highly recommended.

The Peninsula never fails. Truly magical stay. The room was spacious cosy beautifully decorated. Loved the spacious bathroom with jack and Jill sinks. Plenty of storage space. We were met by Cherene from front desk. Cherene was polite and friendly, very knowledgeable about our booking and had arranged everything to make our stay fantastic. Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. Location is great for access to MTR, Ladies market and shopping, and plenty of food options.

We recently stayed at the Kowloon Shangri-la and had a mixed experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It's perfect for anyone looking to explore the city. The food at the hotel's restaurant was another highlight. Overall an excellent hotel! Very well presented throughout, including the lobby, pool area and outdoor terrace bar. Our room was well equipped and came with a fantastic view of Victoria Harbour. Breakfast lacked choice for my liking and could be improved, but overall would recommend and stay here again.

What a fabulous hotel - we had a club city / sea view. The hotel room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends & family. On paper the only downside would be there is no MTR station nearby, in reality we caught a taxi from Kowloon Station which cost approximately 60 HKD. I know the hotel has a shuttle bus service but it’s only to the Kowloon line which goes in to China, it would be nice if that service was extended to Kowloon so...

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was conveniently located in TST with the MTT station immediately outside. The view from our room was stunning. The hotel was clean and service was excellent - not intrusive. The facilities were also good with a Dyson hair dryer in the room.

Rooms are spacious and clean with great views of the harbour. Very nice hotel.

Everyone was lovely and polite the couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was in a great location and you can go to the restaurants along the water in 30 seconds, there’s a 7-11 and Starbucks and McDonald’s all within 3 minutes. This is a great hotel to stay when travelling to Kowloon. they serve a very good breakfast every morning, with both European and Asian choices. The location is brilliant, being only a 5 minute walk to the Star Ferry terminal, and minutes form great shopping malls , major stores, hundreds of eateries and many bars. The staff in this hotel go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible, especially the room maids who always greet you every day with a smile and some friendly chat. The...

The W benefits from a fab location right on the MTR line. So it was great for getting from the airport, and sightseeing. Moreover its ethos is great too. We had a lovely room, with wonderful views and the amenities were top notch. Swimming pool and fitness area were beautiful. Breakfast featured everything you’d ever want. And the staff were exemplary. Thank you for a great stay.

Stayed in Eaton for 16 nights. Staffs were lovely and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Will stay here again in the future.
