"The Morning prayers was a fantastic experience. We got a chance to participate after official service was completed. They took the time to explain the temple and Buddha. I have zero complaints. The only thing that wasn’t expected is the heater in the room die in the middle of the night . My opinion remains unchanged despite the setback. The staff really goes above and beyond to help with anything. I felt like I was received like family for overnight stay. If I was to come back to Koyasan I’ll be more than happy to stay at fudoin. "Tucked away above the bar/cafe, this onsen was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very traditional in the Japanese style, and we had access to the entire area as we were the only guests staying on that night. The staff were completely lovely and helpful. The showers and toilets were well kept and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect to walk around and explore Koyasan. Definitely worth a visit!"
