"The hotel was nice but we wanted to move our stay to a few days before. I accidentally booked for the day we left, rather than the day we came (we only needed a one night accommodation until our Airbnb was ready). The person we spoke to was rude, and said no exceptions and no refunds (we realized 12 days prior, rather than 14 when a full refund would have been given). We tried to change the dates but no rooms were available, then we tried to just cancel one room (we got three) and they were...

"Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub in den Pineplopi Beach Suits. Der Strandblick war wunderschön und das Hotel hat auch eine recht ruhige Lage aber man ist auch schnell in nahen Städten und Dörfern. Der Strand ist auch wunderschön. Wir würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Frühstück hatte ich nicht gebucht dazu kann ich also nichts sagen. Es ist auch sehr Sauber und das Personal sehr Freundlich."

"Logement assez spacieux, lits confortables. Joli espace piscine. Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée, mais il y avait un numéro de téléphone pour joindre quelqu'un en cas de besoin. Contenants de savon.et gel douche vides, malgré en avoir fait 2 fois la demande à la dame qui faisait les chambres."
