"My family and friends were there for a race. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to get up early so by 9 we settled down. The people in the room next to us were loud and playing loud music. At 10:15 I went down to the desk. No resolution. At 10:30 I went back down, no resolution! I called at 10:45 and the resolution was to move me and my family to another room. When we booked this year I hoped she would be there still and she is. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests have what they need, even personally delivering extra towels to our room. "First of all I booked here for the pool. Got here, pool closed. Second the room was not that clean. The smell in the room was so bad, went to Walmart and bought lysol and room air freshener. I'm very disappointed."

"Beautiful house and setting. We loved the garden and the outside seating. The breakfast was traditional Louisiana with all guests seated together ‘a la famille’ We stayed in the Victorian room which was spacious and well equipped."
