"Hotel is about 3 - 4 miles from airport. Room size was adequate. The biggest letdown was the state of the cleanliness, the washbasin was not clean. The shower cubicle was not clean and had hair on the floor. The worst bit was finding a pin on the floor of the toilet and the commode had not been cleaned after use. There was faeces in the commode. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean"

The first night I arrived I was given my room key and I opened the door and it was either someone’s room or the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest.
