"Our stay at Nova Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mould on the walls and ceiling. The mould was so severe that our child developed a bad cough during our stay — It was an unhealthy and distressing environment for a family. This was truly a terrible and unprecedented experience. "It's an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, it's at 7-10 mins from Tanah Rata, if you are traveling by bus, it would be advised to stay at the Center, in this place you have to take taxi every time You want to go out. It has a Laundry downstairs, 7eleven and other services."
