Maybe the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in. A very large and very comfortable suite room, a bargain for the price compared to Singapore. Highly recommended.

It was a great stay. The suites are huge - family room, kitchen and laundry with two full bathrooms. The staff are all great. Pool is great, but the gym is a letdown.

Great stay

Spacious suite which had all we could ask for and more. Large bedroom plenty of storage. Shower pressure and temperature very good. Washing machine, iron etc. Microwave, hob 👍 all in all a great place short walk from KLCC park, two huge sopping Malls and the Preston’s towers

Very cosy. Very helpful staff especially Surya. Home away from home. Felt good to go back to after our daily tiring shopping out. The only thing we don't like is when we ordered food delivered we have a ways to go to pick up !

I would give this hotel a 3.5! Our family overall enjoyed our stay. We particularly loved the infinity pool, the view from the top floors (including buffet view) and the overall spaciousness of the hotel. As for the cleanliness, unfortunately our bedsheets although « clean » were incredibly stained from use (yellowing and marks). I think if the facilities were to improve the bedsheets used it could be great!

Convenient, tidy and comfortable.

10 minutes walk to Pavilion, considered convenient. The room is spacious, tidy and clean with smart interior decoration. The pool was big in the case of a hotel. Will stay there again next time travel to KL. Would definitely recommend it to relatives and friends. Only shortfall is the curtain in the bed room is too small to cover the whole window so morning time is too bright to sleep.

This wasn’t a bad experience at all. The hotel room was spacious and was amazing. The gym was nice however I do wish they had a bit more equipment. The pool even though I didn’t go in it was nice and at night you would have a nice sight of the twin towers if you went to the left-ish area of the pool. Nice view from the top floor and amazing service. They were very professional and I definitely will be going back with them when I come back here.

Not a safe place to stay & very cheap hotel

- Not a safe hotel for female solo travelers. - They don’t refill the toiletries (which are very bad quality) - staff does not respect female guests - the location is not safe as it’s in a dead end dark road - bathroom smelled like sewage - overall cheap amenities and finishes in the hotel and rooms

Nous avons séjourné au Wyndham Suites KLCC et l’expérience a été plus que décevante. • Service : Quasiment inexistant, absence totale de personnel attentif ou disponible. • Propreté : L’hygiène laisse clairement à désirer. Les salles de bains dégagent en permanence une odeur d’égouts insupportable. Nous avons dû laisser les fenêtres grandes ouvertes malgré la chaleur étouffante. • Pratiques choquantes : En fin de journée, l’hôtel pulvérise des produits anti-moustiques dans les espaces communs en présence des clients. L’odeur est irrespirable. Inadmissible, surtout pour un établissement qui se vante d’avoir un « parc à thème » pour enfants. • Emplacement : Trompeur. Il semble proche des attractions, mais pour rejoindre les centres commerciaux ou les transports, il faut faire un long détour à pied. En résumé, hôtel médiocre, mal géré, et peu soucieux du confort ou de la santé de ses clients. À éviter absolument.
