Overall, the room was excellent but communication was the worst. I had to go for months without being able to communicate with the apartment owner nor any front desk for information regarding checkin, mail, amenities, etc. Imagine having an important vacation coming up and not knowing if you were even going to have a place to stay in a distant unknown country until you got there! That's what happened! Expedia should not have this as a listing. The apartment owner/host would not respond by phone nor expedia messages beforehand. In fact, there is no reception, just security guards who usually reject packages sent to you so you can't get your mail. I was able to check in after contacting the "agent" who could speak a little English and is a nice guy, and the hotel room was excellent (except the smell of the bathroom) but it's not really worth the long term fear of something going wrong. AC worked, no stove, included a mini fridge, microwave, shower, bathtub, toilet, 2 sinks, kitchenette, tv with some channels (mostly Malay), very hot/cold water, and some other stuff in the eastern building. Expedia would not respond in this situation which was terrible service even after talking to many agents to switch hotels! I guess it's 5 stars because of being next to the mall and a theme park but not because of the room itself so be careful on the rating. The security guards could not really speak english, so have your phone ready to translate to Malay also. Not that recommended of a hotel
