Stay for 1 nite only on July 31 in triple room on 3rd floor. The tariff is overpriced, the good things only located at Bukit Bintang, near BB Plaza & Alor Street, and there's elevator - We booked thru hotels.com, when checked in : the room is unavailable. There's another booking thru one travel site for the same room. Finally we can get the room as it's been paid to hotels.com. - The room is small, bathroom is tiny. - The bathroom wasn't cleaned, there's still hairs on the top of floor drain. - Hotel only provide bath soap, towels, 3 bottle of mineral water and 3 sachets of Nescafe. - Asking 3 times to 3 different guys to get toilet paper and slipper. We got 1 slipper which it was used and dirty. - I'm not sure the bedsheet was replaced, cause the smell and hairs on the surface of bedsheet. - They printed the bill with tariff which was lower than we paid to hotels.com even we calculate the exchange rate higher than credit card. - At night, we can hear men who's talking in loud voice. - No breakfast - The coffee cup was dirty, we knew in the morning when we want to make a cup of coffee. Bad experience at all. Must be careful to believe "traveler rating".
