good location
the location is good, the staff who help me in check-in is nice and helpful guy, but the hotel service is not good, there's no remote TV in the room, because our flight is delayed, so we arrived late at the hotel then after put our luggages we went out for dinner, later when came back, we cant find the TV remote, so we called and asked for it, waited for 40 minutes nobody came and we called again and the lady said it's on the way, waited again for 1 hour and still nobody sent the remote, so called again for the 3rd time, and the lady said will followed it up. We slept already and the room service came at midnight to send the TV remote, what??? we stayed for 3 nights and the last day we stayed no cleaning service did our room until time for us to sleep, although I already put the sign "PLEASE MAKE UP ROOM"

The breakfast was amazing so many choices. Transport to city right on the doorstep and Sunway Putra mall across the road. Plenty to eat and shopping was very reasonably priced.

ショッピングモールが目の前で凄く便利です。 ホテル自体は古いけれど綺麗です。 サウナはありましたが使えなかったのは残念です。 リーズナブルで良いホテルです。

Superb Stay
have been to this hotel multiple times for business porpose. The room is spacious and clean. Cleaner will come to your room twice daily for cleaning and top up your mineral bottles/tea/coffee which is cool. Breakfast served is variety and delicous as well. This hotel is very close to shopping mall and connecting LRT which is superb. Will coming back to this hotel for business/holiday purpose. Recommended!

definitely not a 5star hotel. during my stay the air condition broke down. inroom desk phone doesnt work. everytime youneed reception you have to go downstair. hotel quite old and beat up they did change my room and floor at 4am cause i cant sleep because of the heat. wasted half of my day because i was told maintenance team will come up but end ip waiting for nothing. i would not.stay here again

Hôtel bien placé mais chambre qui a pris de l'âge.
Hôtel bien placé. 2 stations de métro à quelques minutes à pied. Un grand mall connecté à l'hôtel avec tous ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Staff de l'hôtel au top. Chambre malheureusement vieillotte et petite piscine.

Hôtel qui prend de l'age
Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Malheureusement la chambre à pris de l'âge. Je note quand même cet hôtel correctement car bien situé (2 lignes de metro a proximité), un grand mall avec tous ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Gentillesse et professionnalisme des équipes de l'hôtel. Très belle vue depuis la chambre.

日本人のお客さんはほとんど見ませんでした。室内は広く、掃除もきちんとされていました。テレビが日本語は無く、英語チャンネルが1だけと思い、滞在中、チャンネル確認時にか見ませんでした。今は日本のニュースはネットで見ることが出来ますが、テレビでも見たいと思いました。

駅に近くてモールにも隣接、便利で快適なサービス。
とてもサービスが良かった。チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズ、不足のタオルをお願いしたらすぐに持って来てくれた。朝食は入るのに並んだが、中は広くて席はすぐに作ってくれた。バスタブが目当てだったのでお風呂に入れて嬉しかったです。

Disappointed!!!
The worst experience during check in!!! waited from 2+pm until 10.30pm standing at the lobby......excuse given was we were short of staff and our linen was delayed!!! Worse service ever!!! At least compensate customers with some food and not just the free flow of cold drink......after all we waited for almost 8 hours!!! Worse, I just finished giving training at another hotel. Thought I could rest, but disappointed..... Not sure whether I'll stay here again after this.
