This place is clean and very luxurious for the price! I've been eyeing to come back here for quite awhile and it's still great!
The spa is crazy good too!
Disappointed for a Sofitel - room was ok , staff quite helpful, food was not good at all , breakfast buffet poor quality, limited choice and not refilled, tables not cleared quickly. Gym was good- parking easy and cheap
Hotel was lovely with fantastic facilities. Location was not very central but there is a train station very close by. Lobby bar staff and housekeeping were great but check in and restaurant staff were not as attentive.
We really loved our weekend getaway to KL. We're loving Damansara and Bagsar both of which offer many new trendy f&b spots. The rooms and service at the hotel were top notch, the only area needing improvment was the pool. There was literally no service and when you went to the bar, the bartender seemed disengaged and couldn't even make an Aperol Sprtiz? It's on the bar menu btw... The whole area was a bit of a let down, otherwise, great hotel and superb value for money.

The hotel is quite impressive and the staff are extreamlye nice..
They had issues in the hot water and plumbing.
They changed my room and gave me complimentary drinks and breakfast which was very nice of them
Overall, I would love to come back to the hotel.
The staff were great and the rooms big and clean.
Great service, always felt welcomed. Had the junior suite which was really spacious with comfortable bed and pillows.. bathroom was wonderful too. Friend had the luxury king room which I felt was equally comfortable, with more than enough space actually. Conveniently connected to two malls which you can get food options, supermarket and convenience store.
The total team were smiling and polite. Thank you also for understanding the challenges traveling with a baby. You really made us feel at home. I also spoke to the manager during my checkout to compliment her team. The area is central, hotel is clean and inviting.
It was a lovely stay. Well located. The new Pavilion is literally 2 min walk away and local food is available in the malls. The other mall is DC. MRT is just a few minutes walk within the Pavilion building. After I left the hotel to the airport, I realized that I left my Tiffany bracelet on the bedside table and might have knocked it on to the floor when I reached out for the phone in the night. Called the hotel, the manager, Akma promised me that he will check my room and he found my bracelet and kept it till I send a friend to collect it a few days later after I have left. The service is far and beyond particularly, Alma’s!
I love sofitel as a brand but this one was an average sofitel. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious but interconnecting doors / noise proofing was not great meaning can hear next room and corridor noise. Breakfast was busy and chaotic and food not replenished very quickly / staff not noticing what needed topping up had to ask 3 breakfast staff for same coffee order. Has potential to be great but at this point it's medium. More staff training and service needed!
