"We are not folks that care about fancy, but this place has issues. The bed was very uncomfortable and the toilet failed to flush about 1/2 the time. We were told how to flush it on day one when it wasn't working. We followed the instructions all day on day 2 and only got it to flush a couple times the entire day. On day 3, it worked again just before we checked out. We don't need much, but a toilet that doesn't flush is a deal breaker. The breakfast was good, staff were pleasant, and the AC worked great. "

"This hotel was an amazing find. Perfectly situated in the heart of Montepulciano. My friend and I were a little late checking in, but Giuseppe was so welcoming and gave us a tour of the room when we arrived. He also mapped the location of several amazing restaurants. When we needed to stay a second night on short notice, we accommodated us quickly. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Osteria del Borgo. The property was exceptionally clean and perfectly located right in the center of town, making it easy to walk everywhere. Communication throughout was excellent—the staff were friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and quality. A special thanks to the owner, who went above and beyond by helping with parking and being very flexible with check-in, which made the whole experience even smoother. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!"

"Wow! What an amazing place in Montepulciano! Getting there was a little tough, navigating the tight roads and finding the right parking place (signage is not great.) But once we got there, the room was gorgeous! The view from the balcony alone was worth the price. You're right in the middle of everything, so you can walk...albeit uphill to many things. The gentleman at the desk gave us great suggestions. AND the breakfast was wonderful! We stayed here two nights, and we loved every minute of it! Thanks for a memorable experience!"
