I am a generally easy-to-please type of guest; however I can say that I did not have a good experience with this hotel. Check in was smooth, however, reception did not bother to ask specifically about how many guests will be staying and gave us insufficient amount of breakfast coupons (we had to come back at night and get them from the night shift reception even after calling them to request). The room itself was dusty, had a dead cockroach, cobwebs under tables and dead insect wings on the bed. Called Housekeeping multiple times but there was no answer. Finally they came after we contacted Reception, with a broom and did not bother to vacuum all the dust and dead insects. Person even came into the room with shoes on (which defeats the whole purpose of sweeping the dust in the first place). Breakfast spread was adequate; however, when we requested for omelette the cook told us they did not serve those upon request. And yet when a foreign guest requested for the same thing, they quickly provided it without complains. Restaurant staff were not attentive and did not provide cutleries on tables.
