"All the staff (the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and the dining room staff), were quite friendly and nice. The hotel was very clean and looked new. Bathroom had a lot of storage space and the shower was awesome with a huge showerhead that felt like a rainfall. It also had a separate handheld piece which was convenient. "Everything about this hotel is great. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Although the amenities are not brand new, they are well maintained and in good condition. The only thing I disliked was that there was no USB charging port in the room, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel is conveniently located next to New Beitou Station and is surrounded by many supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Even though the location was not in the middle of tourestie places transortation was good. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Internal corridor to the Bank and the Supermarket were super. Especially when raining. Early check In & Late check Out werevery reasonable and very helpful. Front staff were excellent. I would definitely stay here on my next visit Thank you."
